  Arsenal have reportedly turned down an offer from Chelsea to sign Emile Smith Rowe before the transfer deadline on Friday. Arsenal   have passed up on the opportunity to sign Victor Nelsson from Galatasaray.   Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reportedly decided against making a move for Real Madrid star Isco due to the emergence of Emile Smith Rowe. The Gunners have been linked with a move for the 28-year-old midfielder for some time, but the Spain international remains at Real Madrid. Arteta is said to be a big fan of the attacker and what he could potentially bring to North London if he were allowed to leave the Spanish capital.
